We currently only accept returns and exchanges for orders within the United States. If you are located outside the USA, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Return Policy

  1. You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that we only accept returns for items that are in their original, unopened condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items.
  2. If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  3. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received was damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee

A 7% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover processing costs and ensures we can continue providing quality products and service.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions within 48 hours.


Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
